Description
Backline Logistics are looking for a Telehandler/ Forklift Operator to work in for an environmental company in Kingsbridge, Devon. If Ivybridge, Devon is closer to you then the client would let you work out of their depot there instead. This role is ongoing for at least one month and starts immediately.
Usual hours are Monday to Friday 07:00am until 16:00pm.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Operate Telehandlers and forklifts safely and efficiently within a waste transfer station.
· Follow site procedures and safe systems of work.
· Ability to lift heavy objects as required.
· You must hold an up to date Telescopic Operators Handling Certificate (CPCS Telescopic Handler A17 or similar)
· You must hold an up to date Counter Balance Forklift ticket that has been accredited by an appropriate external regulatory body.
