Service Engineer - Temp to Perm

Monday to Friday 07.30 - 17.00 (could be flexible to allow an earlier start)

Must have a driving licence. You will be driving and working in Wales and various UK locations.

Experience preferred but training can be given.

Duties:

Carry out repair and maintenance of all our and customer owned equipment including, but not limited to: Compaction Equipment, Lighting Towers, Hydrogen Products, CCTV, RMU, Tracked Dumpers
Carry out on site repairs and servicing as required.
Carry out repairs and remedial work to meet high standards, including testing and checking that it fully conforms to system of work.
Carry out Warranty procedures, both for equipment and for Warranty claims against suppliers in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and tidy yard and workshop, conforming to Environmental Standards.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety systems such as risk assessment, method statements, COSHH and PPE.
Ensure department fully meets compliance within operating manual to BS EN ISO9001:14001 18001.
Driving for delivery and collections as required using non-HGV vehicles.
Any other duties as required.

Undertake agreed training for business needs
Experience Essential:

Skilled fitter with compact plant experience or similar skills

· Valid driving licence

· Working knowledge of DC & AC electrical systems – specific training can be provided

· Ability to tow a trailer

PAYE
Up to 28 days holiday accrued per year.
