Description
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced HIAB driver for a depot in Cullompton. This is a full time temp to perm for the right candidate.
Shifts are Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:30.
Drops can vary, you may only have one delivery/collection in a day. As a result we would like someone who is happy to help in other areas within the business. We really want someone who will be a team player.
- Delivery or collection of goods using lorry mounted crane
- Load and unload goods from the lorry using appropriate equipment
Hiab certificate must be Grab, the lorry mounted crane does not have a remote. Experience using one without would be an advantage.
SKILLS
- Valid Cat C Licence with no more than 6 points
- Valid Hiab Certificate (Grab)
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety procedures
- Strong time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Good communication skills
