Hard work Gets Tyler a Promotion

Congratulations to Tyler Parish for his promotion to Trainee Consultant at Backline’s Bridgwater branch. Tyler joined the team last June after a period of increased business prompted a search for a Branch Administrator.

Tyler lives local to the branch and has worked solidly since he left school and also held down a part-time job whilst he was studying at College. He was on a BTEC Business level 3 course and achieved D*,D*, D which is the second highest possible result.

In Tyler’s short time with us he has grown further in his position showing initiative to go above and beyond from conducting driver interviews and engaging with the clients on a daily basis. In this he has built a great repour with both clients and drivers which helps to push the branch to build and develop the branch further.

Dean Marshall, the Bridgwater Branch Manager said “From his first day, Tyler demonstrated a clear ability to listen and absorb the basic training. In a very short time, we were able to delegate specific tasks that required a good attention to detail”. Dean went onto say that Tyler now undertakes a wide range of tasks for the branch and his ability to carry out these duties to an extremely high standard is obvious. His promotion is of great value to the branch and has put us in a great position with a solid team to tackle the obvious challenges we all face going into 2023.
