We would like to say a massive well done to Harriet Morgan, Branch Manager, and Kate Higgins, Regional Manager (both pictured), for achieving the prestigious Branch of the Quarter award for Q3 2018!

Christchurch branch officially opened its doors in June. It has already enjoyed significant growth, supplying a number of clients in the Poole / Bournemouth / Ringwood area. Such has been the speed of their success, we are already looking to increase staff numbers by recruiting an additional consultant for the branch.
The Winning Formula
There are a number of factors that determine the winner of the Branch of the Quarter award.
Key to success is performance versus target. Without strong results in this area, a branch has very little chance of clinching the title. Next, additional factors are considered such as:

Perhaps one of the most coveted awards in the entire recruitment sector, achieving Branch of the Quarter puts branches in good stead for Backline’s Branch of the Year award. Announced at the annual company Christmas social event, winners are presented with a trophy, champagne and other prizes to recognise the achievement.
