Description
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our client's night team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently..
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch.
- Organise and maintain inventory in line with company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if certified).
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks within set deadlines.
Requirements:
- Full Driving Licence
- Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master)
- Experience in van/lorry loading and knowledge of weight distributions
- Safe handling awareness
- Adequate knowledge of electronic ERP systems
- Capable of working as part of a small team
