We're searching for enthusiastic Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients across Dorset. These roles are offered on various shifts, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for overtime and double-time pay.

Your responsibilities as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
- Performing preload checks, including checking for damaged or missing items.
- Loading and unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner.
- Handling materials with care to prevent damage during loading and unloading (some heavy lifting can be involved).
- Assisting with goods in and out when needed.
- Moving stock around in the warehouse.
- Loading stock onto pallets.
- Awareness of Health & Safety practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance Forklift driving experience
- Authorised to work in the UK
- Flexible attitude
- Own transportation (public transport may not be reliable)
- Previous experience within a similar warehouse role
