On a busy Bank Holiday week, we had the unenviable task of notifying clients of our new rate schedule, in line with increasing business costs, and in order to facilitate the provision of our new Platinum Driver Scheme.
However, far from facing a backlash of unhappy customers, some were prompted to provide us with some very kind feedback. One example of this came from the Driver Supervisor of one of our local clients. His response was
