Description
We are currently recruiting skilled and reliable HGV HIAB Drivers for various contracts in Andover and the surrounding area. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of materials to residential and commercial sites using a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB).
This is a customer-facing role and ideal for a driver who takes pride in safety, punctuality, and excellent service.
Competitive Pay | Overtime Available | Immediate Starts | Training
We have work in various locations including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton and more!
Guaranteed weekly pay for the right person (Annual salary £42,120 based on a 45 hour week).
Own transport required to get to assignments.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate HIAB vehicle to deliver building materials to various sites (Current HIAB ticket preferred, although refresher training can be given for expired tickets for free).
· Hiab experience essential
· HGV Class 2 Driving experience essential
· Load and unload using the lorry-mounted crane (brick grab, hook and sling)
· Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with all transport legislation
· Maintain accurate delivery paperwork
· Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
· Valid UK HGV Licence
· Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
· Minimum 3 months HIAB experience preferred
· Good knowledge of local roads and delivery procedures
· Reliable, punctual and well-presented
