Backline Logistics are seeking Class 2 CRANE Drivers to carry out deliveries, uplifts and all aspects of backfilling and reinstatement activities on utilities projects in Cornwall. You will get guaranteed overtime pay every day, immediate starts available.
You must have previous experience using a HIAB we will provide training for the Clamshell Bucket attachment. If your HIAB ticket is lapsed we can refresh it for FREE. Street Works ticket and/or SHEA Gas training are desirable, but not essential as full training given. You must be clean shaven for health and safety requirements.
You are guaranteed 9 hours per day, the first 7 hours and 45 minutes are paid at £18.34, after this you get paid £24.39 for the rest of the day. Saturdays and Sundays are available and paid at double time of £36.68 per hour.
This is an ongoing role with temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must hold a full UK Class 2 / Category C License with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Hold a current or lapsed HIAB ticket (issued by an accredited training provider such as ALMI, AITT or NPORS)
- Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
