Van Driver – Dorset
Pay: £14 - £14.50 per hour
Hours: FULL-TIME / PART-TIME / AD HOC
Shifts: DAYS
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
Backline Logistics are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to work with our established clients in Dorset.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, full-time hours, part-time work, flexible shifts or temp-to-perm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company van safely and professionally
- Complete deliveries and collections as required
- Carry out daily vehicle checks
- Complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation
- Plan and complete delivery routes efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading where required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work safely and in accordance with company and site procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 6 months HGV driving experience (preferred, not essential)
- Good knowledge of local and UK roads
- Comfortable completing multi-drop deliveries where required
- Reliable and professional approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
What We Offer
