TRAINING TEAM CELEBRATES NEW APPOINTMENT AS EXPANSION CONTINUES

As the training division at Backline continues to expand, the team is pleased to announce the appointment of James Hamilton, who joined the Training Division in March 22 as MHE Trainer.

James joins the team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and comes with the added experience of being on the other end of Backline’s training courses, having gained several qualifications with the team in a previous job.

“Hiring exceptional talent is always at the top of our priority list and we’re pleased to welcome James with open arms, especially as he’s experienced our high standards as a student previously,” said Richard Stentiford, Head of Training Division at Backline.

“With so many training courses on offer, and many being booked up in advance, it’s important for us to have the support staff in place so that we can facilitate as many personnel as possible, while limiting the disruption that it can cause to their business,” added Richard.

As well as welcoming James into the Backline family, other vacancies are still available and the team is actively looking for top talent to fill those vacancies.

“We’re committed to the ongoing training of our in-house trainers, but we also appreciate the need to nurture new and up-and-coming talent, so we’re happy to invest in the right candidates and upskill their current knowledge base to gain the qualifications needed to join the Backline training team,” added Richard.
