We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Loader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the logistics and operations of our facility by efficiently loading and unloading goods. This position requires ability to perform heavy lifting, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and effectively.

Monday to Friday 6am start (7.5 hours Monday to Thursday, 7 hours on Friday

If there is a bank holiday Monday you will be required to work on Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling techniques are used to prevent damage.
• Operate loading equipment and machinery safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain an organised work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication during loading operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to operate various loading equipment.
• Experience in heavy lifting, with the capability to lift items weighing up to 25 kilograms consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by operational needs.
