We are seeking a reliable and experieced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client on a 3 week temporary basis. The role includes completing deliveries to customers, ensuring products are transported safely while maintaining strict compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks, including refrigeration unit checks
• Deliver chilled and/or frozen goods to multiple customer locations
• Ensure correct temperature settings are maintained throughout the shift
• Load and unload goods using tail lift and pump truck (manual handling involved)
• Comply with DVSA regulations, drivers’ hours, and tachograph rules
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Job details

• Tuesday - Friday
• 0300 start, 8-12 hour shifts
• 3 week temporary contract starting 3rd March
• £15 per hour
• Overtime available
