CTP Resettlement

Backline are an approved supplier to the Career Transition Partnership for Training and Recruitment. We have held this approval since 2015 and we are committed to facilitating the transition from Forces life into the world of civilian work.

In fact, a number of our team members are themselves from a Forces background. Two of them, Richard and Kevin, are directly involved in the delivery of the resettlement training that we offer. This gives them the unique ability to provide valuable advice which stems from practical experience.

Where Do I Start?

We know it can be daunting to start the resettlement process. We’re here to make the process as smooth as we possibly can. If you’d like to speak to a member of the team about the recruitment options available to you, just give us a call on 03333 201 221 (opt. 2) or for training, it’s option 1.

Can I Use My Training Credits?

Because we’re CTP Approved, using your training credits with us is easy. We’ll fill out the relevant sections of your paperwork and get it straight back to you to avoid any delays. You can usually use SLCs and IRTCs towards all of our training, but speak to your Resettlement Advisor who will tell you exactly what you have available.

After that, all that’s left is to decide which course you’re going to take first! We have a number of options available, including Driver CPC, ADR, Forklift, HIAB and more. We even have a number of Resettlement Packages available, which are tailored to suit people in the Forces/civilian transition.
