Job description
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing and distributing products within the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role as goods are moved around on heavy cages. There will also be lots of lifting and carrying. The Warehouse Worker will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all items are properly labelled and stored in the correct location. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is an ongoing role with a possibility of temp to perm for the right candidate.
Shifts are Monday to Friday. Shifts start at 19:00, with a minimum 7.5 hours per shift.
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken communication
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Clean and professional at all times
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods
- Pack and label outgoing goods
- Keep accurate records of inventory and stock levels
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and other personnel
The Pay:
- PAYE
- £13.00 per hour
- Minimum 7.5 hours paid per day
