We are looking for HGV Class 1 Container Drivers to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for Transporting Goods out of Southampton across the county start time will be from 0400 and no later than 0800.

Container experience is a must and DP world desirable but for the right candidate one will be obtained.

Pay rates starting from £17.00 per hour with overtime offered at enhanced rates. Holiday will be accrued for when you need it most.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, Transporting Containers from Port to Addresses in the UK
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and inform on site fitters of any issues.
- Communicate effectively with planners, customers, and team members
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as POD's and daily inspection reports

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid and up to date Driver CPC and Tacho Cards
