We are part of a highly successful recruitment business launching a brand new branch based in Leighton Buzzard serving blue chip clients. We are renowned for providing exceptional customer service and achieving this through ensuring all of our consultants are trained to the highest level.
We have ambitious plans and are set to grow this branch as quickly as possible. Backline will offer a tremendous opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in being part of our team. Initially your role will be as an administrator / consultant supporting the branch manager to set up this new branch and eventually taking responsibility for running their own team and in time their own branch.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years previous administration experience and an excellent eye for detail.
Hours 07:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (Out of hours duties will be required). Applications from those seeking flexibility will be considered.
The successful candidate will support the branch manager to develop strong client relationships and manage the end to end process from setting up meetings through to receiving payment and dealing with candidates on a day to day basis.
Successful applicants must have the following:
• Minimum 1 years administrative experience
• Extremely detail conscious and enjoy working with detail
• A desire to work in a greenfield site and keen to develop new business.
• Excellent communicator and be able to communicate with drivers.
• Team player
• Good organisational skills
Ideally applicants will also have:
• Good understanding of Driver recruitment and the driver role.
• Ability / willingness to sell
• Have some recruitment experience or keen to become a recruitment consultant.
